Basketball Recap: Tok Skates Past Andrew K. Demoski with Ease

Tok won the last time they faced Andrew K. Demoski and things went their way on Friday too. The Tok Wolverines breezed by the Andrew K. Demoski Wolves to the tune of 72-26. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wolverines.

Tok got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Marvin Captain out in front who posted 24 points and three steals. The game was Captain's sixth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Chairo Espinosa, who went 8 for 17 en route to 21 points and seven steals.

Tok smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 27 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in 11 consecutive matchups dating back to last season.

Despite the loss, Andrew K. Demoski still got an impressive performance from Kellian Kriska, who had 17 points. That was a full 65.4% of Andrew K. Demoski's points, marking the fourth time in a row he's put up more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Trevon Madros, who earned six points.
