Soccer Game Preview: Trinity vs. Berlin

The Trinity Pioneers will square off against the Berlin Mountaineers at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Trinity has four straight wins, Berlin has three straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the pitch.

Trinity's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. Everything went their way against Hillsboro-Deering as they made off with a 7-0 victory. Considering Trinity have won six matches by more than two goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, Monday just wasn't the day for Berlin's offense. They lost 7-0 to Raymond last Monday.

Berlin now has a losing record of 5-6-1. As for Trinity, their win bumped their record up to 7-4-2.

Trinity took their victory against Berlin in their previous matchup back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 5-0 score. Do the Pioneers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Mountaineers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
