Burbank is a perfect 10-0 against Sam Houston since February of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Sam Houston was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 39th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against Edison, falling 15-0. That's two games in a row now that the Hurricanes have lost by exactly 15 runs.

Burbank's victory bumped their record up to 13-8. As for Sam Houston, their loss dropped their record down to 0-13.

Burbank took their win against Sam Houston when the teams last played back in March by a conclusive 13-0 score. Will the Bulldogs repeat their success, or do the Hurricanes have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
