Soccer Recap: Highland Tech Comes Up Short

While it was all tied up 2-2 at halftime, Highland Tech was not quite Shelby's equal in the second half on Monday. They fell just short of the Golden Lions by a score of 3-2. Highland Tech have been going strong on the season, but this is now their second loss in a row.

Saliou Diouf and Sebastian Chapman scored both of Highland Tech's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 13 goals.

Highland Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 11-4. As for Shelby, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-8-1.
