Volleyball Recap: Roosevelt's Luck Takes a Turn for the Worse on Tuesday

It was a good run, but Roosevelt unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell 2-0 to the Mather Rangers. The Rough Riders were not able to make up for their loss to the Rangers from their previous meeting back in September of 2016.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-15.

Roosevelt's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Mather, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-4.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Roosevelt will take on rival Chicago Mathematics & Science at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Mather is set to face off against their familiar foe Ogden International at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
