Fort Zumwalt West waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They blew past the Troy-Buchanan Trojans 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in April.

Fort Zumwalt West never let Troy-Buchanan on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-15, 25-22.

Fort Zumwalt West's offense was headlined by Jake Johnson and Donel Sengele, who picked up 12 kills apiece. They got some help from Adam Robben and his 26 assists. He also made an impact serving: he shared the team lead in aces with MacCoy Mahler, racking up two apiece.
