Softball Recap: Seminole County Indians vs. Miller County Pirates
Seminole County started off well but failed to capitalize on an early lead against Miller County. They came up short against the Miller County Pirates on Tuesday, falling 11-3. The Indians haven't had much luck with the Pirates recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Seminole County saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was April Williams, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI and a double.
Seminole County's loss dropped their record down to 13-8. As for Miller County, the victory (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 16-3.
Seminole County will take on Bainbridge at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Miller County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
