Soccer Recap: Shoals Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Shoals can now relate to. They lost 4-1 to the Lighthouse Christian Academy Lions on Monday. Having soared to a lofty eight goals in the game before, Shoals couldn't push the score so high this time.

Shoals' defeat dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Lighthouse Christian Academy, their win bumped their record up to 8-5-2.

Shoals does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lighthouse Christian Academy, they will take on Eastern Greene at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
