Volleyball Recap: St. James Comes Up Short

St. James was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 18th straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Pacific Indians. The Tigers were not able to make up for their defeat to the Indians from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-9, 25-19, 25-7.

Brynlee Costoplos paced St. James' offense, picking up four kills. Costoplos were helped by Aubrey Lind and Cami Wulff, who contributed two assists each.

St. James' loss dropped their record down to 3-23-1. As for Pacific, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 13 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-6-2 record this season.

St. James wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Hermann on the 16th. As for Pacific, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 win against St. Clair on the 16th.
