Basketball Recap: Belle Chasse Gets the Win

While Belle Chasse didn't have the best season last year (they finished 2-19), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They walked away with a 47-39 victory over the Bonnabel Bruins on Monday. That's more bragging rights for the Cardinals, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Belle Chasse's win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Bonnabel, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-5.

Belle Chasse didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 66-19 defeat against Riverdale on the 17th. Bonnabel has also already played their next game, a 48-13 loss against Willow on the 17th.
