Baseball Recap: Wilton-Lyndeborough Takes a Loss

Wilton-Lyndeborough was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Nute Rams, falling 19-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warriors of the 3-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2024.

Wilton-Lyndeborough's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Nute, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-3.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Rams beat Wilton-Lyndeborough by a score of 7-1 later that day.
