Football Recap: Pembroke Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for Pembroke's offense. They were dealt a 50-0 defeat at the hands of the Kingswood Knights on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Spartans have suffered against the Knights since October 22, 2016.

Pembroke's defeat was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Kingswood, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Pembroke will take on rival Plymouth at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Kingswood is set to face off against their familiar foe Merrimack Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
