Baseball Recap: Camp Hill Comes Up Short

Camp Hill couldn't beat Susquehanna Township on Wednesday even though they stacked four runs on them in the seventh inning. The Lions fell just short of the HANNA by a score of 6-5. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the HANNA this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 6-5 back in March.

Camp Hill saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Noah Doi, who went 1-for-3 with two runs. Austin Shore also deserves some recognition as he scored his first run of the season.

This is the second loss in a row for Camp Hill and nudges their season record down to 2-5. As for Susquehanna Township, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-3.

Camp Hill has already played their next game, a 10-4 victory against Biglerville on the 17th. As for Susquehanna Township, they will head out to face off against Harrisburg at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
