Basketball Recap: Granbury Comes Up Short

Granbury was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 62-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wylie Bulldogs.

Granbury's loss dropped their record down to 10-12. As for Wylie, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-6.

Granbury and Wylie could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings. Granbury (ranked 485th) will meet Prosper (ranked 16th) at 3:00 p.m. on December 27th. Similarly, Wylie will square off against Guyer at 6:00 p.m. on December 26th down 323 places (341 vs. 18).
