Seagoville is a perfect 9-0 against Spruce since February of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Seagoville Dragons will head out on the road to challenge the Spruce Timberwolves at 7:30 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with five consecutive losses for Seagoville and four for Spruce.

Friday just wasn't the day for Seagoville's offense. They fell 2-0 to West Mesquite on Friday. That's two games in a row now that the Dragons have lost by exactly two goals.

Meanwhile, Spruce came up short against Wilson on Friday and fell 4-2.

Spruce's loss dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Seagoville, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-10.

Seagoville came out on top in a nail-biter against Spruce in their previous matchup back in February, sneaking past 3-2. The rematch might be a little tougher for Seagoville since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
