Soccer Recap: Goodpasture Christian Comes Up Short

Goodpasture Christian entered their match against Macon County on Tuesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Cougars fell 3-1 to the Tigers. Goodpasture Christian were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Macon County apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Goodpasture Christian's goal came courtesy of Allen Gore, who's now up to three this season.

Goodpasture Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 14-3-1. As for Macon County, their victory bumped their record up to 9-5-2.
