Softball Recap: Logan Grizzlies vs. Herriman Mustangs
Logan dropped to 15-4 on Saturday, ending the team's three-game streak of wins on the road. They lost 14-4 to the Herriman Mustangs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Grizzlies of the 6-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2025.
Logan saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cadence Boyer, who went 2-for-3 with two runs.

On Herriman's side, they got a massive performance out of Jaylee Hansen, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with three runs, one triple, and one stolen base. Atalina Sekona also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen base of the season.
Coming up, Logan will take on Westlake at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Grizzlies' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Thunder have averaged an impressive 11 runs per game this season. As for Herriman, they will square off against West Jordan at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
