Leyden hasn't had much luck against Maine South recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. It'll be Battle of the Birds when Eagles challenges the Maine South Hawks at 6:00 p.m. Leyden will be looking to extend their current seven-game winning streak.
If Ridgewood wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Leyden, they should've done a better job of containing Olivia Prokop. Leyden came out on top against Ridgewood by a score of 2-0 on Thursday thanks in part to Prokop, who had six digs and three aces. That's the most aces she has posted in her last 11 contests.

Meanwhile, Maine South waltzed into their match on Saturday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Bison.
