Volleyball Recap: Palmetto Takes a Loss

Palmetto was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the York Cougars.

Palmetto's defeat dropped their record down to 2-12. As for York, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 13 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-4 record this season.

Coincidentally, Palmetto and York will both be playing Greenwood the next time they take the court. The Cougars will head out to face the Eagles at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Mustangs will play them later in the day, at 5:00 p.m.
