Softball Recap: Fayette Ware Comes Up Short

Fayette Ware was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 20-6 to the Tipton Christian Academy Eagles.

Mackenzie German made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with two runs and one triple. Nyanna Strawser also deserves some recognition as she got her first hit of the season.

Fayette Ware's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Tipton Christian Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fayette Ware will venture away from home to challenge Cordova at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Tipton Christian Academy, they will head out to take on St. George's at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
