Soccer Recap: Columbian Takes a Loss

Columbian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to the Willard Crimson Flashes. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Columbian of the 10-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Their goal came courtesy of Connor Reese, who's now up to 15 this season.

Columbian's defeat dropped their record down to 1-15-1. As for Willard, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-13.

Columbian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Willard, they will venture away from home to square off against Vermilion at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
