Basketball Recap: Paris Comes Up Short

Paris's tournament run continued when they took on Marlin on Friday. The Paris Wildcats fell to the Marlin Bulldogs 34-30.

Paris' loss dropped their record down to 11-9. As for Marlin, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a massive bump to their 7-5 record this season.

Paris will square off against Pleasant Grove at 12:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. As for Marlin, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 50-36 defeat against Henderson on the 27th.
