Basketball Recap: Largo Find Success

Largo won the last time they faced Potomac, and Aleah Rodriguez did her part to make sure it happened again. The Largo Lions took their match on Thursday with ease, bagging a 74-7 victory over the Potomac Wolverines thanks in part to Rodriguez, who went 9 of 13 on her way to 20 points. Her morning made it seven games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points.

Largo's win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Potomac, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Largo has already played their next game (against Suitland), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Potomac will venture away from home to take on Gwynn Park at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
