 The Imagine Prep Storm will head out on the road to  challenge  the Mission Heights Prep Phantoms at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Given that  both teams suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this  matchup.
 Last Wednesday, Imagine Prep suffered a  rough 15-5 defeat at the hands of Heritage Academy Gateway. Imagine Prep has now  taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
 Imagine Prep got a good showing from  Zachary Romero, who   didn't allow a single  earned run while striking out seven over four innings pitched.
 On the hitting side, Imagine Prep saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Marshall Cantrell, who  went 1-for-3 with a  double and  an  RBI.
 Meanwhile, Mission Heights Prep fell victim to a  tough 11-3 loss at the hands of Heritage Academy Gateway  on Monday.
 Imagine Prep now  has a losing record at 2-3. As for Mission Heights Prep, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-2.
 The batters for both teams will have to hit smart  on Tuesday as both teams have some strikeout artists on the roster. Imagine Prep has been retiring batters left and right this season,  having  averaged 7.2  strikeouts per game. However, it's not like Mission Heights Prep struggles in that department as   they've been averaging 9.1. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.
 Imagine Prep skirted past Mission Heights Prep  2-1 in their previous matchup  back in April of 2023. The rematch might be a little tougher for Imagine Prep since the  team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
