Volleyball Recap: Santa Ana Valley Takes a Loss

Santa Ana Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the La Quinta Aztecs, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Aztecs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in March.

Santa Ana Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 10-8. As for La Quinta, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-5.

Santa Ana Valley has already played their next game (against Anaheim), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for La Quinta, they will square off against Bolsa Grande at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Matadors will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Aztecs surely won't give up without a fight.
