Dominic Ezeonye Turns in Season-Best Effort
Dominic Ezeonye produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Wilson to the win on Friday. Ezeonye rushed for 244 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 8.1 yards per carry. The effort marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in August of 2023. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fifth straight game with at least 126 rushing yards dating back to last season.
The victory (which was Wilson's sixth in a row) raised their record to 6-1. A feisty cat fight will be fought when Wildcats faces off against Ontario at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

While Nogales might've come up empty on Friday, Tyler Lewis wasn't going down without a fight. Wilson had no answer to Lewis as he threw for 365 yards and four touchdowns, and also punched in a rushing score.

Rene Catarino posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He picked up a sack, forced a fumble, and made nine total tackles.
On the season, Catarino has averaged 6.8 total tackles per game and for the season has 3 sacks.

Ontario found a leader in Samuel Abajuo as the team took down Azusa on Friday. Abajuo turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 131 yards and a touchdown on only 12 carries. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 85-yard run.
Ontario's victory ended an eight-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-5. A feisty cat fight will be fought when Jaguars dukes it out withWilson at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Orlando Zamora Makes It Two for Nogales
The second Nogales player making an appearance here is Orlando Zamora, and for good reason. He rushed for 103 yards and a touchdown on only 13 carries, and also picked up 42 receiving yards. His longest rush was for an impressive 50 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
