Roosevelt is 8-2 against McLane since October of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Rough Riders will be playing in front of their home fans against the Highlanders at 5:30 p.m. McLane took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Roosevelt, who comes in off a win.

Roosevelt took a loss when they played away from home on Saturday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Sunnyside as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Rough Riders haven't had any issues with the Wildcats recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-19, 25-13.

Meanwhile, McLane lost 3-0 to Torres on Tuesday. The Highlanders have struggled against the Toros recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

While McLane ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 17 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-17, 25-21.

Roosevelt's victory bumped their record up to 20-9. As for McLane, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-18.
