Softball Recap: Helena Huskies vs. Briarwood Christian Lions

In what's become a running theme this season, Helena gave their fans yet another huge win on Wednesday. They were the clear victor by an 8-2 margin over the Briarwood Christian Lions. Winning may never get old, but Helena sure is getting used to it with their 13th in a row.

Harley Morrison spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned runs on three hits and racked up nine Ks. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive pitching appearances.

On the hitting side, Helena let Emma Olive and Presley Lively loose on the outfield. Olive fired off two home runs and three RBI while going 2-for-3, while Lively went 3-for-4 with a home run, two stolen bases, and three RBI. Another player making a difference was Hannah Steele, who went 3-for-4 with a double and an RBI.
