Soccer Recap: Calallen Comes Up Short

Calallen entered their match against London on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Calallen Wildcats came up short against the London Pirates, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 1-0 back in January.

Calallen's defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 6-1 and their overall record down to 6-7-1. As for London, the victory was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-3.

Looking ahead, Calallen will take on Rockport-Fulton at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for London, they will head out on the road to face off against Jones at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Jones will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something London surely won't give up without a fight.
