Soccer Recap: Park Crossing Comes Up Short

Park Crossing was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Pike Road Patriots, falling 8-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Thunderbirds of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Park Crossing's loss dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Pike Road, their win bumped their record up to 7-5-1.

Park Crossing has already played their next matchup (against Bullock County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Pike Road will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Saint James at 7:00 p.m. on March 25th. Saint James has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 25 goals over their last three games.
