Morgan County came tearing into Saturday's game with ten straight wins dating back to last season, and they left with even more momentum. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Winder-Barrow Bulldoggs. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Bulldogs have posted since August 17, 2024.

Morgan County had a senior duo take command as Camryn Scherer had 13 digs and five assists and Riley Mitchell had six digs and four aces.

Morgan County's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Winder-Barrow, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season.
