Vashon extended their postseason success on Friday against Mexico. They came out on top against the Mexico Bulldogs by a score of 64-54. Winning may never get old, but the Wolverines sure are getting used to it with their 13th in a row.

Despite the loss, Mexico still got an impressive performance from Jaydon Eldridge, who posted 20 points and eight rebounds. Another player making a difference was Markus Perkins, who earned 12 points in addition to eight boards and three steals.

Vashon's win bumped their record up to 24-2. As for Mexico, with the defeat, they broke their seven-game winning streak and moved their record to 23-7.

Looking ahead, Vashon will face off against Potosi on Friday. Vashon knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past 13 contests -- so hopefully Potosi likes a good challenge. Mexico does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
