It's playoff time, and East Lincoln had no trouble coming through when it counted. They blew past the Monroe Redhawks 6-0 on Thursday. Give East Lincoln's defense some credit: that's the team's fifth straight shutout.

They hit Monroe with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Tayden Dockens (3), Matthew Cowgill, Carter King, and Carson Brown.

East Lincoln has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-4-1 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 40 goals over those eight contests. As for Monroe, their loss dropped their record down to 13-8-4.

As of now, neither East Lincoln nor the Redhawks have any future games scheduled.
