Volleyball Game Preview: Aubrey Chaparrals vs. Celina Bobcats + How To Watch

Aubrey is on a nine-game streak of home wins (dating back to last season), while Celina is on a six-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Chaparrals will welcome the Bobcats at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Tuesday, Aubrey beat Sanger 3-1.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-15, 24-26, 25-17.

Meanwhile, Celina got the win against Gainesville on Tuesday by a conclusive 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-11, 25-20.

Aubrey better focus on containing Addilyn Paulson and Britton Huff as the pair were huge in Celina's win. Paulson had 14 digs and one assist, while Huff had nine assists. Brae Mills also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assists of the season.

Celina's win bumped their record up to 18-23. As for Aubrey, their victory bumped their record up to 40-2.

Aubrey was able to grind out a solid win over Celina when the teams last played back in September, winning 3-1. Will the Chaparrals repeat their success, or do the Bobcats have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
