Volleyball Recap: Secaucus Patriots vs. Harrison Blue Tide
Secaucus was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Harrison Blue Tide. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Blue Tide this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in April.
The final score came out to 25-14, 25-17.
Leading Harrison to victory were Brayan Andrade and Jeremy Rivera. Andrade had eight digs and five assists, while Rivera had 17 assists and nine digs. Rivera has been hot for a while, having posted 13 or more assists the last 35 times he's played.
Secaucus' defeat dropped their record down to 11-8. As for Harrison, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 23-2.
Secaucus does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Harrison, they will be playing in front of their home fans against North Arlington at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday.
