Doddridge County hadn't done well against Ritchie County recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Bulldogs walked away with a 6-2 victory over the Rebels. Winning may never get old, but the Bulldogs sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Doddridge County's win bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Ritchie County, their defeat was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Doddridge County will square off against Philip Barbour at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Ritchie County, they will face off against Braxton County at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
