Basketball Recap: Kasson-Mantorville Comes Up Short

If Kasson-Mantorville was feeling good fresh off their 66-43 takedown of New Ulm last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Kasson-Mantorville Komets took a blow against the Faribault Falcons on Thursday, falling 75-41. The Komets haven't had much luck with the Falcons recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Kasson-Mantorville's loss dropped their record down to 7-18. As for Faribault, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 21-8.

Kasson-Mantorville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Faribault, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 67-53 defeat against Stewartville on the 8th.
