Basketball Recap: Naaman Forest Snaps Eight-Game Streak of Losses at Home

Naaman Forest had to endure a six-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They escaped with a win on Tuesday against the South Garland Titans by the margin of a single free throw, 39-38. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 54-34 back in January.

South Garland lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Shanice Body, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 12 rebounds. The dominant performance gave Body a new career-high in points. Ajah Choice was another key player, putting up ten points and five blocks.

Naaman Forest's victory ended an eight-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-23. As for South Garland, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-25.

As of now, neither Naaman Forest nor South Garland have any future games scheduled.
