Volleyball Recap: Reagan Extends Home Winning Streak to Eight

Reagan won the last time they faced Hialeah and things went their way on Thursday too. The Bison blew past the Thoroughbreds 3-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bison.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-11, 25-21.

Michael Perez paced Reagan's offense, picking up nine kills. Perez got some help from Diego Requena and his 22 assists. Perez and Requena didn't slow down when it came to serving: they led the team with four apiece.

Reagan's victory was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-3. As for Hialeah, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-10 record this season.

Reagan will square off against Dr. Krop at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Hialeah, they will take on Miami Springs at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
