With a playoff win on the line, Downers Grove North rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Naperville North Huskies. Winning may never get old, but the Trojans sure are getting used to it with their 11th in a row.

Downers Grove North not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Naperville North between 16 and 17 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-16.

Dylan Quinn paced Downers Grove North's offense, picking up six kills. Quinn got some help from Ethan Weiner and his 16 assists. Zak Baker controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Downers Grove North's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 33-4. As for Naperville North, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-20 record this season.

Downers Grove North will take on Plainfield South at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Naperville North does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
