Soccer Recap: Young Men's Leadership Academy Takes a Loss

While it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Young Men's Leadership Academy was not quite Western Hills's equal in the second half on Saturday. They came up short against the Western Hills Cougars, falling 4-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Western Hills this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in January.

Young Men's Leadership Academy has been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-10 record this season. The victory got Western Hills back to even at 6-6.

Coming up, Young Men's Leadership Academy will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Dunbar at 8:00 p.m. Young Men's Leadership Academy is facing Dunbar at the right time seeing as Dunbar is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Western Hills, it'll be Eastside v. Westside when they and Eastern Hills meet at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
