Basketball Recap: Putnam County Takes a Loss

Putnam County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 17th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Hall Red Devils, falling 60-33. The Panthers lost against the Red Devils in their previous head to head back in January of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 55-53 score last time.

Putnam County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-15. As for Hall, they now have a winning record of 8-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Putnam County will square off against Woodland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Hall, they will face off against Princeton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
