Football Recap: Goffstown Comes Up Short

Goffstown was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 42-3 loss at the hands of the Bedford Bulldogs. While losing is never fun, the Grizzlies can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Hampshire football rankings (they are ranked 42nd, while the Bulldogs are ranked second).

Goffstown's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Bedford, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Goffstown will welcome Merrimack at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Bedford, they will challenge Exeter at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
