Volleyball Recap: Newfield Wolverines vs. Lindenhurst Bulldogs
Newfield lost against Lindenhurst back in September, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Newfield Wolverines fell just short of the Lindenhurst Bulldogs by a score of 3-2. The Wolverines have struggled against the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.
In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Newfield sadly dropped the once that decided the match. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 22-25, 25-11, 23-25, 15-12.
Emma Nitz paced Newfield's offense, picking up 15 kills. Nitz got some help from
