It was a proper cat-fight when Capistrano Valley challenged Imperial on Friday. The Capistrano Valley Cougars blew past the Imperial Tigers 65-44. The Cougars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 20 points or more this season.

Capistrano Valley has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season. As for Imperial, they now have a losing record at 4-5.

Capistrano Valley didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 59-44 victory against Downey on the 28th. Imperial has also already played their next game, a 52-44 loss against Beaumont on the 28th.
