Basketball Game Preview: Olympic Trojans vs. North Mason Bulldogs

The Olympic Trojans will face off against the North Mason Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Olympic will be strutting in after a victory while North Mason will be coming in after a loss.

Olympic will head into Saturday's matchup on the come-up: they were handed a 26-point defeat in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Saturday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Sequim, sneaking past 45-42. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Trojans have posted since December 13, 2024.

Meanwhile, North Mason was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 48-35 to Bainbridge.

North Mason's defeat dropped their record down to 9-3. As for Olympic, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 6-7 record this season.

Olympic came up short against North Mason when the teams last played back in January of 2024, falling 45-32. Can Olympic avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
