Basketball Recap: Manu Jackson Key Part of Team Effort in Indians Win

Anderson won the last time they faced Liberty Christian and things went their way on Saturday too. The Indians snuck past the Lions with a 64-59 victory.

Anderson's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Manu Jackson, who went 8-for-18 to rack up 24 points. The dominant performance also gave Jackson a new career-high in shooting accuracy (44%). Another player making a difference was Colin Lewis, who shot 54% from the field on his way to 18 points and six boards.

Liberty Christian lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Tywaine Fuller Jr., who went 8-for-14 en route to 21 points and seven rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Kendrick Martin, who shot 50% from the field to rack up 15 points.
