Soccer Recap: Andrew Takes a Loss

Andrew was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Minooka Indians. While losing is never fun, Andrew can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois soccer rankings (they are ranked 214th, while Minooka are ranked 13th).

Andrew's defeat dropped their record down to 5-12-2. As for Minooka, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 17-2.

Looking ahead, Andrew will be playing in front of their home fans against Joliet West at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Minooka does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
