Carroll came out on top against Fort Wayne Northrop on Monday thanks in part to Taylor Danley's efforts. Danley was dialed in as she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out 14 over seven innings pitched. She played a big game the last time she faced Fort Wayne Northrop back in April of 2024, so the team probably should've seen her coming. Danley has been consistent: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in six consecutive appearances.
