Quincy Notre Dame had already won six in a row and they went ahead and made it seven on Thursday. They came out on top against Western/Seymour by a score of 2-0.

Quincy Notre Dame not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Western/Seymour to exactly 21 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-21.

Nora Wiley paced Quincy Notre Dame's offense, picking up nine kills. Wiley got some help from Taylor Genenbacher and her 12 assists. Wiley was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Quincy Notre Dame's victory bumped their record up to 15-4.

Quincy Notre Dame wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Barry Western on the 6th. As for Western/Seymour, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Seymour at 6:00 p.m. on the 23rd.
